If the blackpill wont go into dfu mode, short A10 to ground, and hold boot while powering on. After this you should reliably boot into dfu by holding top outer key while powering on.
To flash left:
make vonreg:default:dfu-util-split-left
To flash right:
make vonreg:default:dfu-util-split-right
