Add disk-based hero image storage with path support

Added HeroImagePath to Registries and updated models, UI, and RegistryService to support storing hero images on disk. Images are now saved to /uploads/registry-hero/ and old images are cleaned up on update/removal. Includes migration for new column. Backward compatibility with base64 BLOBs is maintained.
